That's just one of the ones that Delenn got that really sparked something in me when I watched it as a teenager. The full quote, however, begins with the query, from Delenn, "Why not? Only one Human Captain...."
Another of my personal favorites of hers is, "This body is only a shell. You cannot touch me, you cannot harm me. I'm not afraid."
