It's the lamest version of whatever you want to call it. he's not projecting power, he looks like a 16 year old edgelord in a fedora and trenchcoat that had practiced this in the mirror for weeks and then got overly excited and blew his load when he had the opportunity to be edgy in public. He's a fascist and used a salute adopted by fascists in Italy and then by fascists in Germany in the early 20th century.
