A union representing workers across dozens of federal agencies sued the Trump administration late Monday over an executive order stripping many career civil servants of protections designed to insulate them from political pressure.

The lawsuit was filed by the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) shortly after President Donald Trump signed an order that reinstated, with some amendments, the "Schedule F" measure he implemented at the tail end of his first White House term—an action that former President Joe Biden reversed.

My plan is to get the fuck out of society and only interact as needed until the plurality wake the fuck up and do something.

I gave all my effort trying to prevent this… I canvassed, I worked with local orgs, I was boots on the ground talking to people against my own mental health and now I’m just going to retire from society as best I can and hope for an awakening…

You didn't even have to give all your effort to have a reason to step out for awhile. Get refreshed for yourself and accept help when you need it.

My advice is to not depend on that will stuff. Help her or not, but not for money that may or may not happen. I guarantee you'll resent her during the process because of the not knowing. I've known a couple of people that were depending on what the person said was in the will when it wasn't or the will was ignored somehow. My dad would have helped anyway in his situation, but he was hurt.
