This time it seems like federation to Fedia from elsewhere is working okay, but that federation from Fedia to elsewhere is not.

Seems the log jam has been freed, though I didn't stay up all night. In any event, I'll go back to minding my own business now.

@Nougat@fedia.io @jerry@fedia.io @hitstun@fedia.io I had to remove /m/test too, and now the delivery queues are holding at zero, as they should be.
