Fire is fast, and I think you usually die of smoke inhalation first Freezing to death outside of being in water would be slow.

True, I didn't consider the time it takes to die. From a quick search, if your body's core temperature gets low enough fast enough, you'll pass out relatively quickly, but unless your clothes are wet and you're in an extremely cold environment (like, Siberian winter cold), it'll still take a while. Now I don't know which one I should pick :c

Yeah but honestly freezing to death is a lot less agonizing. The post didn't say dying of smoke inhalation, it specified burning and let me tell you, after you hit a certain point of exposure it no longer registers as cold, you just get kind of disconnected from everything. Wouldn't be a bad way to go, especially compared to burning
