I'm an ignorant American, what does Canada have besides Poutine? Not that Poutine alone isn't amazing

Actually, Canada's specialty is their snacks and sweets! All kinds of special snacks like All-Dressed everything and candies from UK, US, and their own, not to mention all kinds of maple treats, butter tarts, nanaimo bars, oh myyyyyyyy
