Almost every legal state adds an additional tax for cannabis products. For example, Michigan charges an additional 10% on top of the regular sales tax that applies

But that's not what we are talking about. We are talking about Delta 8 and other cannibinoid products that were legalized by Republicans with the farm bill. These products became legally available, overnight nationally when that passed.
