Art should be.
Much like infrastructure (or - art is public infrastructure, it's integrated into the culture just as much if not more).

Instead we let giant megacorps carry on their enshitification & blandification via averagificated (now AI) art that costs too much (selling prices are too high, but production costs & profits too).
