British sausage is world class. When I enquired about the slightly-fried excrement in the pic and googled the brand, I discovered it was mechanically-recovered pork/turkey slop that would be illegal to sell in every country bar one 😂

Oh hey, there is some good bangers for sure, but c'mon...I've seen more food cooked by sunlight there than not ,😂.

But yeah, mechanically separated partially defatted pork fatty sausage product is probably the work of some gutter company that sells it at Walmart.
