If @PugJesus@lemmy.world is from an English-speaking country they likely don’t have a keyboard that makes it easy to add the umlaut to the u (if they’re on Windows they’d probably have to press Alt and then type 0252 on the number pad, if their keyboard has a number pad).
Requesting countries use characters that are not part of their language as part of your official name in their language is a failure to understand your target audience. It will end up in weird compromises the vast majority of the time.
Then just stick with Turkey
