How can I resolve that?
The same way as your previous torrent program. Forward the port on your router to the device running qBitorrent and make sure the qBitorrent setting for the port to use matches.
Also make sure the firewall in Linux allows the port too.
Where are you sending from? Home computer? Home computer with VPN? Seedbox? The answer will change based on which.
An easy hack might be to look at your transmission settings, find the port it uses and just copy that into qbittorrent settings.

Is that qBittorrent? If you meant transmission as in the torrenting software, I've never used it. Before switching to qBit I was using aria2 😅.
Btw, thanks to all of you, the problem appears to be resolved. Its a matter of tracker requesting seeds now.
That's transmission. My mistake, I somehow got the wrong impression that you had a working transmission set up before.
