Is it not right there in the headline?
Dog Cafe. As in a cafe where you can go and interact with a bunch of dogs. Cat cafes exist too. Some even allow people to "rent" a dog if they want to go and take one for a walk.
My comment is referring to the part of the article where the dogs noticed their owner, who they haven't seen in months, and stampeded over. This implies the cafe isn't the dogs owner, but it didn't say what connection the dogs owner had to the cafe.
Could be the cafe owner, but wasn't clear.
The real question is what dog cafe has 100+ dogs? Is it like some kind of Walmart style mega cafe?
