Sure, but i bet the news of a 10 million people saying they're going to boycott would still hurt their stock price
I doubt it but I don't really care since I already own zero Apple products.

I don't think you actually understand just how much money Apple has. They shrug off billion dollar fines like ducks shrug off water. I think the idea only works if it's a significant portion of their revenues.
It's not about the actual boycott... It's about the threat of millions of people boycotting dropping the stock price... And Apple was just an example, could start with an easier target
Well voting with your dollars is about all you have to work with really.
