Anyone aware of Trump's actions on Huawei and how it differs from what Obama or Biden/Harris would do? I recall reading that it was something Dems wouldn't do but something that prevented China from having a monopoly on 5G.

I'm curious if whether, considering this one specific issue, we're in better hands under Trump since he's maybe more likely to consider American interests in not letting the US lose market share or whatever - especially since he might be even more supportive of corporations. That said, he's also capable oflegit letting China straightup have Taiwan, so who knows

I can't comment on the political dimensions, but I can say that corporations want to continue selling into China (huge market) and oppose tariffs or restrictions on sales of bleeding edge tech.
