i drag out my morning caffeination for as long as possible for exactly this reason; my tingly nerves are a welcomed distraction from the knowledge that i'm applying my craft to further enshitify this planet just so that i can keep a roof over my head and put food on the table.

needless to say i'm looking forward to it ending.
