I remove the grease so I don't shit myself crazy style, not to lose weight
It's the last 0.5% of the grease that gets you.
Crafty bastards, let me tell ya
I'd be interested to know how big.a proportion of vsrious styles of pizza's grease can actually be removed with a napkin.
Wouldn't be surprised if some pepperoni pizzas release much more than 0.5% of their grease to pool on top.
Alternatively, I ate at a Cici's the other day that didn't have anything pooled on top but I bet if I'd squeezed a piece I could have cut the calorie count in half.
Yeah, I'm not surprised some people do it. I've never done it myself though, it's kind of the point of some kinds of pizza, I like foods sauced in flavorful oils.
