This is frustrating to be sure, but a company taking a "Trust, but verify" attitude to things like your ID is less dystopian and more basic security.
...especially when this is literally what Lifelock is for and what you signed up for. They're making sure no one is stealing your prescriptions with a fake ID.
Sorry, my human, but naw...this has never been necessary in the history of humanity. Kroger doesn't need to make sure I'm me. The doctor says fill the scrip, you fill it.
You signed up for the service. This is how the service works.
Awesome. Not having an issue with Lifelock or the fact that they let me know this. The issue is with a pharmacy needing to verify my identity so that I can get my acid reflux meds.
