There are over 472,000 Puerto Ricans in the state of Pennsylvania, according to the US census bureau.

Trump has a lifetime pass somehow. It's the strangest thing. DeSantis, Haley, ... like nobody else can get away with it.

If Trump said this it would be news but it'd completely fade away into the plethora of other things he's said.
