So on a serious note that translates to about 20 decillion dollars. Aka 20 billion trillion trillion dollars. For reference the entire global GDP is about 110 trillion dollars. So Russia is asking about 200 million trillion times as much as the entire global GDP
Now that the russians have discovered the exponential function, please don't tell them that it doesn't make sense to apply it everywhere.
