Headache from yesterday's still lingering. MSG laden miso soup can't fuck me up that bad, can it?
I'm starting to think it's the construction fumes I had to inhale on the way to the mall that did it.
I can get headache too sometimes the next day when eating super salty food. So now I would always not eat if I feel that the food too salty.
