I'm afraid the news isn't good - antifa can beat the fascists off the street, but that won't matter if the liberals give them the keys to the tanks. The way the Weimar liberal regime essentially gave the proto-fascist Freikorps all the support and protection they needed to massacre working-class revolt in Germany straight after WW1 is a text-book example of how liberal regimes will essentially "prepare the ground" for fascism - that process is very far along in the US (I'm going to assume you're asking this in connection to the US).
It's do-able... but not easy. There is no such thing as fascism without resistance. It all depends on what support the anti-fascists have. There is no shortage of people in the US willing to fight fascists - more people than are willing to die for fascism, I'd say - but will power and organization is not enough. Logistics is the crucial thing. If the fascists have APCs, who will supply the RPGs?
