Yeah, I have the 6th gen I think and the only thing I really want is usb-c. Because apart from an old jbl box it's the only micro usb device I still have. But that's not worth the upgrade, given that I don't use it that much.

Yeah, you can just get a $5 asapter if you really didn't want to keep a couple cables lying around in the drawer.

Well it'll inevitably happen anyway haha.

But hold onto the old one, it'll be worth a lot one day.

"Well back in my day, we used to call that micro USB."

Which, adjusted for inflation, is about $3000 in today's money.
