Imagining that a prosecutor could achieve the burden of proof on this is wishful thinking. This is yet another post title passing off opinion as fact.

Unless he or Putin come out and explicitly state he was performing diplomacy on behalf of the United States, and not e.g., conducting “personal business”, there is literally no case.

Sure that personal business is undoubtedly quid pro quo, but that’s technically not illegal… just corrupt as fuck.

Do we honestly believe that Trump's international communications aren't being recorded by someone? Doesn't even have to be us thanks to things like Five Eyes.
