Probably because he's on ozempic right now and doesn't want people to know. It's fucking obvious with all the excess skin and ozempic face. Probably also had a stroke.

It's a slang term that's been used to describe the sagging and hollowing of the facial skin due to rapid weight loss.

Strangely we don't see that in rapid weight loss from very low carb diets. I think it's from the mechanism of weight loss. On low carb your body chooses which fat to burn first; on ozempic it tries to burn all of it
