India should definitely be in, but the UNSC is basically a tool to privilege nuclear armed countries to keep them at the table and away from seeing nukes as a solution.

Not many nuclear powers in the Global South.

I'm not saying this is how it should be, I'm personally in favour of putting belligerent leaders in cage fights, but the world is what it is.
