I feel like maybe you did. He's agreeing with the lawsuit, which means he's agreeing with the GOP suing the election board.

Quotes from their profile include:

"JD Vance said he was Making the Story up so as a Free Thinking Republican I need to wait until Fox News tells me what to think!"

And

"Who CARES about the Founders? The ONLY time they Matter is after a bunch of Kindergarteners get MASSACRED by a Gunman!"

In the comment they're saying:

"Republicans: I want IDs for for voting!!!!!1!!1

Also republicans: NO, NOT THOSE IDs, ONLY THAT KEEP PEOPLE FROM VOTING!!!!!!! 🤬"

It really only makes any sense that way. And their comment history is nothing but sarcastically mocking conservatives.

In this case it was very confusingly worded, but it really only makes sense when you read it as ape-ing the hypocrisy of Republican demands for voter IDs, except when they enable voter participation instead of limiting it.
