More housing is great, especially in the mid rise apartment category, but why 'luxury'? It'd be nice to see quality instead of a thin veneer of pretentiousness.

You just know everything in there is builder's grade and assembled by people with no financial incentive to care.

Sorry, free market says there isn't enough profit to be had in that kind of building so none of it gets built. As we know, the free market is infallible.
