Basically everything I know is that the episode is about Ash and company being convinced by Team Rocket to take care of their Pokémon while they are away. At the end it turns out to be a hoax.

Some more info:

It was aired on Cartoon Network Latin America between 2017-2018
CN on Latin America was premiering 3+ year old episodes at that point
