Can someone explain? How does the user's language affect the % of Linux users?
There's a lot of Windows piracy (both OS and software), this helped Microsoft to boost Windows adoption; thus China, and Chinese language, account for an heavy boost in Windows overall adoption on global statistics (lot of people).
Hasn't there always been? What's new?
What does what you said have to do with China?
What were the Chinese using before?
