Conservatives are obsessed with the idea that Harris gave Willie Brown blowjobs and it benefited her career. Why? Because they’re deranged, trashy misogynistic assholes and have not much to realistically criticize her about.

Did he post it though? Do we just take Mike Sington's word on that? Because the image is cropped so we can't see the whole post that Mike is talking about.

I think that the reference is not to her vice presidency but rather to incidents near the beginning of her political career. From Wikipedia:
