Dont leave this out, thats important too. Because it means it doesnt have to be a union. Anything and everything that shows people we are stronger supporting each other than competing with each other is good and necessary.

Again, I ask, how familiar are you with Revolutionary Marxist Theory? The nature and direction matters just as much, otherwise your spearhead is blunt and dulled.

I wasn't getting up your ass, I even upvoted your original comment. We are, however, on a Marxist comm, so I just wanted to point out that Unions are good, but not quite the danger to Capitalists your meme implied it was.
