TL:DR anyone? I have adhd and these long ass YouTube videos kill me. 20 mins is a fucking lifetime

Basically government hates people who need life saving/changing medicine and actively goes after the black market where people have to turn to either because cost or the shortage, which is caused by corrupt corporations wanting more money.
