Jerboa is a native-android client for Lemmy, built using the native android framework, Jetpack Compose.
Warning: You can submit issues, but between Lemmy and lemmy-ui, I probably won't have too much time to work on them. Learn jetpack compose like I did if you want to help make this app better.

I clicked on everything else for minutes... Didn't even see the down arrow. Probably should make login a bit more visible. But the app is very nice!
Ideally instead of just complaining at you about the need to login it would just open the prompt for you. It took me a while as well.
Yup that would be best actually.
Boost for Reddit had the login in the exact same place too.... Caught me off guard and looking round for quite sometime too :)
Does this only work with the instances that show in the drop down list? I joined mander, but when I manually typed that in (mander, mander.xyz, https://mander.xyz) it just says that it's not a Lemmy instance - I'm 95% sure that it is... But I'm still a slightly confused noob!
It worked for me, I just typed lemmy.today in the box and my instance was not in the drop down list.
You are welcome to sign up :)
I've managed to get it to work, my force closing the app and then reopening. I'll check out the communities on your instance though!
