Ugh. I went back to sleep without having my drink. Why is it so hard to be alive

It's the hardest thing we'll ever do. I've wasted drinks similarly, and it stings all the same

It’s more that it allowed me to become quite dehydrated, miss a dose, and ruined the better sleep schedule I had fallen into

I also gave Melbcat her meds in food because I didn’t have the energy to wrestle her, and (despite beginning to eat it that way again) she refused it today
