Remember when that police officer was speeding and killed a Indian woman, and said her life had limited value.

In the case that it was "just a joke", the fact that his reaction to killing an innocent person was a callous, racist, joke still makes me want him to never be allowed to be a cop. That is the very minimum he should be removed from.
