Is there a good report card on how well Biden stuck to his promises for his term?

First of all you know everything has to pass congress right? These aren't "promises" they are policies. It's very important for Dems to win congress too. That said, I think that most of the 10 policies Biden worked out with Bernie Sanders were things that Biden was able to get passed thru congress.
