At his rally, Trump went on the attack against Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D), just days after he was announced to be joining Vice President Harris on the ticket.

“Tim Walz is the man who’s very freakish, he’s very freakish,” Trump said.

The response comes after Walz said Trump and his running mate Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio) are “weird,” and the messaging caught on among top Democrats.

The difference being that Walz called them "weird" in the context of an explanation of how they're weird, whereas Trump just lobs singular adjectives and moves on to talking about himself
