They agreed to the fox debate before it. He's not showing up to the ABC one.

I mean, he already agreed to it and backed out once.

Source on the Harris campaign agreeing to the Fox debate? I've only heard the opposite from them.

Source? The article implies ABC was agreed to regardless.
