Whether intentionally or not this kind of doomerism only benefits the companies that are harming the environment.

Making our lifestyles green isn't just about trying to save the environment it's also a boycott of the worst offenders.

Instead of encouraging inaction we should encourage even more action. Living a sustainable lifestyle is a requirement whether under communism or not.

I know, I hate these memes. Supply and demand is a most basic motivator of change. Would regulation do more? Of course. Does that mean protest is ineffective, not at all.
