I literally just finished My Deer Friend and it was awesome and disappointing that there's so little of it. Is it super new?

It's a bit of an oddball one. Many, many jokes centered on deer puns.

The anime just came out a month ago, and I just looked up the manga, and there's only about one season's worth of story out there, 37 chapters.

There should be another episode Sunday 11 AUG. I couldn't find how many eps are in this season anywhere.

It's a really oddball show. I saw it was tops on the weekly rankings so I gave it a look. To me it feels like the energy of Bobobo got shoved into Azumanga Daioh.
