I have just found £160 in an old wallet that ive not used for 6 months.

Although it's not really a win, the wife said we can use it to pay for paint and decorate the living room.

Note to self, don't be so open when finding spare cash!

That's a brilliant idea.

I've pondered whether we need a Good Deeds community as well as !goodnews@feddit.uk -this feels like something that would fit in and inspire others.

It is indeed. My friends came round when I MVD into my new place and it was a frenzy of papering and painting. Got.mkre dine in a day or so then I've managed in a year as it is easy to go "I'm tired, I'll crack on tomorrow".
