Ungrateful that my filling seems to get really painful when I eat/drink anything hot or cold. I think eating dinner is what brought on the pain yesterday. Had similar pain today after I drunk some cold water and let it over to the left side of my mouth. Apparently I just need to avoid eating anything warmer than room temperature for the next 2 weeks, when apparently it'll fix itself ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

That sounds like the nerve is irritated. Not fun, but at least it means your tooth is still alive and you don't need to go down the whole root canal route.

Yeah. I think I've mentioned it before, but I'm super thrilled that my teeth aren't fucked beyond repair. I'm pretty good about brushing my teeth at least once a day now, but I went an extremely long time with only sporadic teeth brushing. I'm sure I'll end up paying for that in the future
