It's not a bad thing overall, but it does depend on the reasons. This bloke is just hard work and irritates kind of everyone. Harder to irritate in writing.

ah fair enough. Isn't him actively avoiding everyone kind of a good thing then? Or is it more just a "dragging down the overall mood" type deal?

I think I wasn't too clear...we all avoid him cause he's irritating. If he calls anyone, it's usually ignored and messages and emails get sent.

And he definitely brings everyone's mood down.
