The previous asshole completely reconfigured the court so that significant decisions like roe and chevron were overturned. Even the long-standing practice of stare decisis is being undone.

Thousands will suffer for as long as those justices remain on the court with lifetime appointments.

So, yeah. Elections kinda matter.
