Might be worth an eye test if you havnt had one in a while. Slow blinking and plenty of water too.

Yes!! I had to get 'computer' glasses years ago cause my eyes would hurt after work. My vision is pretty much perfect, but screens play havoc on me. Since getting the specs, no such issues.

I need new glasses really fucking badly. Mine are so scratched I'm surprised I can still see through them lol
