Gas stoves are the worst...my clickers are stuffed and a thermocouple needs replacing. Thermocouple part costs $3.20 but the work costs $250ish and will likely need to be done in the others in quick succession. I bought a one pot induction panel to get us by and it's soooo much better.. Want induction now.

I won't lie, I do have a penchant for cooking on gas stoves, seeing the flame (I know it's terrible for health and environmental reasons) Induction just feels... off.

But I would be panicking if this turns out to be an expensive fix like yours. Not sure the landlord is gonna wanna cough up. I hope it's just a matter of everything needing to dry out, worst case start using matches.
