I remember playing this modpack a while back in 2019/2020 where its filled with really fun and weird mods. Spite it being called "Lucky Block", there wasn't any lucky blocks in it, but I still enjoyed it nonetheless. The mod in question is the Crafting Table Icon you see on the right side of the screenshot. I'm not sure where to look, and I did attempt searching curseforge.com, nothing, even searching the user ForgeUser19520519 I couldn't find anything.

I would love to start playing this again for a lets play series I'm making soon.

Thanks!

Post title says it all.

I already looked on Modrinth and other platforms, but was unable to find what I was looking for. They all seem to remove/disable the new soundtrack, but I'd prefer to have a different approach of just "balancing" the old soundtrack back into the mix by making the C418 tracks more frequent.

Ideally, it would also retain the weighted functionality that adjust the music to the situation/biome you are in.
Another bonus point would be incorporating the tracks of the C418 MC albums which were not included even in the old soundtrack

Hello! First, a huge shout out to the creator of this community for bringing over the old FTB community.

For my actual request, I am just looking to get some community input on the best modern mod pack that contains MineColonies. My partner loves playing for that mod and that mod only. I'm more of a kitchen-sink or progression-based player, so I'm just looking for whatever the new hotness™️ is.

Or, just give me your favorite pack newer than a year or so old, I'm just aiming to look around for the first time in a while.

I wanted to reminisce a bit and play something that has Forestry (for the bees) and while I am not new to technic modpacks (Tekkit mainly) I don't have that much time to sink into automation now/reading wikis (that are a bit barren bc of the old mods) or going thru tons of (240p) videos.

I choose E2 because I heard good things about Enigmatica in general so if I wanted Forestry it seemed like a good "latest and somewhat up-to-date" choice.

Though, after breezing thru early game, going straight for dia pickaxe and making CC Turtle then excavate a bit to get a some ores, I found out I have no idea how to make some early-ish power generation and to top it of it looks like there is tons of different mods doing same thing, power generation, grinding, furnaces, pipes - so many different pipes and obviously three or four different energy units where I don't know what works with what.

I guess I am asking if this is normal (or maybe E2 is too old?), also any tips for a "dusted-off" tekkit like experience? Or maybe something more streamlined.
I would love something with forestry as my mid/end game plan is just bees.

Thanks for any tips!

I'm trying to get a fission reactor up and running, but one of the final chemicals (uranium oxide) won't transfer to the last chemical infuser. It worked long enough to get about 20 buckets of fissile fuel into a chemical tank, but that may just be because I was manually inserting to empty the tank after setting up filters. As seen in the images, the hydrofluoric acid is making its way into the same infuser.

All controllers in the network are full of power as well as all machines connected to it.

Edit: For some reason, moving the uranium oxide to its own channel both locally at the destination and on the routing network got it working despite the destination still having 2 channels routed to FinalChems.

I made this album in response to someone in MineTogether asking how to automate washing. I figured there's a chance it could help someone else too.

The hosting provider I'm using makes ATM 9 much easier, but I'm still trying to decide what to install for my "holiday" Minecraft server. My friend group tends to play a lot between Halloween and New Years, but then we get busy with other things.

Which of these will have enough, but not too much, content. All of us have played modded before, though it's a mixed bag which mods we each know.

If there's a different pack that I should be looking at, I'm down. I think these were picked because they have the new EIO.

I'm trying to get the C:AE modpack to work in a launcher that isn't curse or FTB. I've tried Multimc, Prism, and PolyMC. Downloading from curse/ftb to those is not working, and also exporting or taking the instance files from curse/ftb and moving them into one of the other launchers isn't working either. Consistently regardless of launcher the game will load and then crashes upon loading a world. The games are loading and playing perfectly fine in curse/ftb, I just would like to not use those launchers if I don't have to

Does anyone else have this problem or any solutions?

I don't get it. Journey map is better in every single way. Looks better, more customizable, better waypoint system, probably more I'm forgetting.

Why would someone use xaeros if its the worse version of what's already available?

Was recently told multiple 1.12 mods may have vulnerabilities that give out server IPs.

Whitelisting should keep your servers safe! A few big networks like CDU have already whitelisted their servers!

Current report of issue: https://openeye.openmods.info/mod/exploit/latest

Will edit post if new info comes out!

Are there any pre 1.12 modpacks which are still in active development?

I was quite surprised to have found a sudden unknown discord server icon in my sidebar, and was even more surprised to find out the reason.

Evolve is a 1.19.2 questing/tech focused modpack which uses Create, Mekanism, and Ad Astra primarily to progress you from basic machines to the Moon, and Beyond!

With a server hosted by CDU built into the pack it’s great for everyone! Even if tech isn’t for you, explore the amazing custom biomes by Terralith, or cook some delicious food with Pam’s or Farmers delight.

So much to explore. Discord: https://discord.gg/8MKkCXskQD

Does the "signal" from the spatial anchor propagate through quartz fiber and p2p tunnels, or does another need to be added to each subnet (and p2p network) that goes into chunks where the main network has no cables?

I recently spun up a server for some friends that have all been playing with me since the alpha days, and wanted something fresh. Saw AutoCraft mentioned somewhere and checked into it. Basically a full blown kitchen sink pack with so much to do I can't get anything productive done, but it's been great!

Pack admin is responsive and trying to grow a community on their Discord. I've been impressed! It's not perfect for us, mostly around removing some of the client side QoL or gimmick mods that didn't fit how we play and not having any inventory organization out of the box (they're adding it), but more or less stable and good performance.

Anyway, just wanted to participate in the instance haha

It’s hard to find a modpack that tickles my brain as much as this old 1.12.2 one! Open to suggestions
