How many new users are we getting? I've noticed a significant drop in content on Reddit Sydney sub but it doesn't seem like they're coming here?

Thank you 🙏 . I have 2 questions , Are we updated to the latest lemmy update ? I think its 0.18.4 ? Also, do we let duckduckgo and other search engine to index lemmy instance ?

0.18.3 is the latest, updated to it yesterday. As for indexing, I've not explicitly blocked any search engines.

Hmm. Its Weird that none of our posts are showing up on search engines.

I just checked google, lots of results. Not sure where/what you're searching for.

Sorta kinda related, is there a way to make images link to the full res of themselves in posts?

Right now the images fit themselves to the post width which is obviously best for aesthetics, but there's no way short of right click / view in new tab to see the original size. If it was a href to the full size, or some script to bust it open would be pretty tops.

Dunno if this is a hard coded Lemmy thing, or a toggelable(??) option somewhere.

I'm not aware of any options or configuration for this. It seems to be a global default. It may be something that can be changed client side with something like LemmyTools?
