One of the best albums I own.
Definitely worth checking their follow up band The Make Up - kind of a mash up of punk and whatever other genre they were in the mood to do, Blue Is Beautiful is their Singles collection

MODERATORS
I met into Nation of Ulysses in Wall South Dakota in 1991 while touring with Fuel and Angry Son. They were genuine and down to earth guys. We had a day off and used the downtime filling up on 5 cent coffees and sharing jokes at a roadside tourist trap called Wall Drug. It was pretty much just three punk rock bands and a few confused employees that day. It's a fond memory I carry from my (well)misspent youth.
Thanks for the tip about Make Up. I will check them out.
