Going to Tokyo Next Year, What Are Some Places that are Anime Adjacent that I Should Go To?

Example would be the real life places used in Makoto Shinkai Films (Your Name, Garden of Words, Etc.)

like the Shinjuku Gyonmae Park in Garden of Words.
Cafe La Boheme (Your Name)

Or Maybe somehow to buy merch (Akihabara? but maybe somewhere more specific).

Maybe it'd help if I narrow down some anime that I particularly like.

Any Makoto Shinkai Films

I've been twice since 2018, and can't wait to go again.

Akihabara is easy. just walk in to businesses, anime merch is everywhere. If you can't find it there, it doesn't exist.

If you liked Hikaru no Go. you could go to the Nihon Ki-in. It was really cool, and there's a museum in the basement. They even let me sit in the Champion room.

Thanks (this is my other account, the host instance of my original account disappeared or something).

And I do like Hikari no Go, so I might check that out.
